....astonished to find a return, where the absence had almost become an eternity, and I had all but abandoned the temptation to skip across and take a peek, imagining the whole project to be an archive, bound at either end with a dark satin ribbon...but there is a return, a new chapter, and an shimmer of glancing light....
....a desire to comment back here, if only to apologise for "and an shimmer" which makes me wince, even now...
Wishing to say how much more diverse these new images appear...the transformations are more varied, and flicking back, there are details I missed, when merely passing day to day glances.
Being an artistic sort, I am musing upon the idea of trying to capture a teensy essence of this project in some painterly fashion...I like to imagine I could spin out an Elizabeth Peyton style homage, but such a thought is an over reach of ambition, and I am only doodling in a sketchbook at present...I can draw, at least.
...if anything I produce is worthy of a comparison, with your originality, I shall perhaps find a way of sounding out an approval, before proceeding any further.
That was a very wordy way of saying I shall show you first.
